Had seen their board offering Caribbean food so thought we would give it a try. Called in advance and told no need to book so went along about 20 mins later. Very busy with no available tables but a staff member said that she could seat us and showed us a table. There was a reservation card on their but that was for 1 hour earlier, so we assumed that they had left. We’re given menu’s so chose our meals. A young girl then came out and told us that we couldn’t sit there. We explained that another member staff had shown us to the table but she then very rudely said that if that’s not our name, we couldn’t sit there. Her attitude made us feel like scolded children! Obviously we just left and safe to say, we will not be returning and certainly wouldn’t recommend.
