I just purchased 3 lbs of the ground beef...came home and made about 2 dozen cheeseburger sliders...absolutely phenomenal... I'll see you guys next...
These two are good people and raise a fantastic breed of cattle. It is lower fat and cholesterol than tradition lean meat. It tastes great as well....
Bought some sirloin steaks last weekend. You could cut then with a fork. Really great flavor too. Can't wait to get more.
