Fox's Pizza Den Mckees Rocks

Ordered a big daddy and it was a row less than it used to be and the pizza wasnt even fully cooked took 28 minutes to get to my house. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I use to order from here all the time but now never again. Food: 1 Service: 3

Pizza tastes like cardboard,sauce is bland with no taste,poor customer service,and the workers definitely don’t wear gloves while making food! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Whoever purchased this Fox’s pizza recently in McKees Rocks is a horrible owner, horrible staff, and customer experience. I bought a pizza and picked it up at 6 pm and it was burnt. The pizza was not even edible. I called them and they were supposed to deliver me another pizza. I waited 3 hours for another pizza it never came. I was told I could get a refund in the morning so I called in the morning and now I am being told I have to wait until the owner who is from what I was told on a golf course and comes in when he pleases to get a refund. What a joke will never order a pizza from here again!!!!!

Foods ok.. service and management is super poor.. today was my last straw. After ordering and paying ONLINE with receipts to show.. I got met with such an attitude I’ll never go back. After seeing the establishment diminish so much. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
