To all people with allergies/intolerances/maladies, I do not recommend this address to you. Since I was not able to use gluten for health reasons, I had previously phoned on this subject and some options were confirmed. On Day J, I ask if it is possible to tell me which dishes are suitable without gluten. The server answers: "Everything is indicated on the map, and then you should know what you can eat or not." The allergens were not on the map. In the end, I have a card with the allergens. By reading, I find that for a dish watered with beer, the gluten box is not checked. Amazed, since gluten-free beer is not yet widespread, and by benevolence, I indicate it to the server in the event that it would eventually be a mistake. What awkwardness... I was right in front of my friends, about very moved and malpolis things, in which the server insisted that I was supposed to know what was allowed to me and that it was not his job to find out. According to him, it is not an obligation for the restorer to indicate allergens or any other specificities. How can we trust a restaurateur with such behavior? I find this deplorable, on the one hand for this lack of professionalism and on the other hand for the bad faith that this server has shown.
