Back to the binchstub I've known since 2018 for lunch. the location away from the hut in a deadlock is one of the forces of this restaurant. the card changed, pull my favorite toy pie, but the torched pie of the moment (with apricots and rosemary) that I chose was well garnished, crispy paste and quality ingredients. dessert pie - a classic cinnamon apple torched in calvados - was also very good. For me, it's a good address to get out of the beaten track of the torch pie compared to the other institutions in Strasbourg. friendly service and correct but perfect.
I put five stars because I can't put more. Just more, great. reception is a high service, impeccable and exceptional dishes. a real discovery for the Breton I am, and since this passage in love with the alsace! You're really brave, and you won't be disappointed.
The flames were really delicious! I loved county and nuts.
Superb torch! The day was amazing (bacon, pesto and of course cheese), all the pies were succulent, for the price, go the eyes closed but the mouth open!
