I popped I here to grab something for breakfast while my daughter was at gymnastics. It's a perfect combination of modern and classic diner, aesthetically speaking. Everything is clean and bright, and it smells delicious even before you get inside. The staff are friendly and quick to get you a drink. I went with my usual scrambled eggs and toast. The eggs were perfect and light. The toast was generously buttered, and the home fries were perfectly crispy on the outside, but soft in the middle. No additional salt needed for anything. I will definitely be back soon!
Love this diner me and my family eat here all the time, food is great and workers are very friendly.
I had lunch here for the first time and shared a delicious gyro sandwich and fries. The service was fantastic. It truly felt like a pleasant journey back in time. This place is a genuine, authentic diner.
I was in the area craving some eggs over easy when I stumbled upon the Blue Sky Diner. As soon as I walked in, I knew I’d found the right spot. The place was clean, and you could tell that everyone knew each other—probably the same regular customers coming here for years. That kind of familiarity with the waitstaff is rare these days. I checked the menu and discovered one of my favorite breakfast items: corned beef hash. It's not something I order often, but it has to be made with slow-cooked corned beef brisket. It was a great way to start my day!
