Excellent service and good food. The girls were pleasant and helpful. I ordered a Peruvian dish and it was flavorful. Very large portions. Excellent tres leches cake. I will definitely be back.

After moving from New Haven, I struggled to find good food in this area. New Haven has a fantastic variety—Cuban, Mexican, Thai, noodles, and excellent pizza—so I didn’t know what to expect. My wife and I drove past Cibus and I remarked that we needed to try it, so we finally did, and it was an outstanding choice. The food was amazing, the service was incredibly friendly, and our orders arrived in under 10 minutes! I ordered the churrasco with over-easy eggs, and it was everything I hoped for—sweet, salty, savory, citrusy, and filling. My wife had the empanadas, which were cooked to perfection—not too crispy but not too soft, and the sauce was wonderfully balanced. Do yourself a favor and eat here. We’ll definitely be returning many more times!

Everything about this place is great! The service is outstanding, the ambiance is inviting, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable—truly a fantastic value!

The servers were incredibly friendly and assisted us in selecting our meals. There were games available that kept my 4-year-old nephew entertained while we waited for our food. Everyone enjoyed their dinner choices, and there was plenty left over to take home! The drinks were great too! To my surprise, while waiting for the dessert menu, I heard a birthday song playing, and I thought they must know it’s my special day. When I turned around, the staff brought me a beautifully decorated piece of cake and wished me a happy birthday. My family and I were very happy with our experience at Cibus Latin Fusion Restaurant, and we will definitely be returning!

I had the churrasco with over-easy eggs, and it was exactly what I hoped for—sweet, salty, savory, citrusy, and satisfying. My wife ordered the empanadas, which were cooked to perfection—not too crispy and not too soft—accompanied by a beautifully balanced sauce. Treat yourself and eat here. We'll definitely be back many times!
