This time with sliced chicken? I explained I didn’t want that, they said It’s smaller chicken so it’s okay. I think that was condescending as if, I wasnt used to Indian food or maybe I just needed “easier” to eat food. I don’t know why they thought i had an issue with the meat, that meat, any meat, i dont have an issue. The food tasted spoiled, sliced chicken or cubed. The sauce tasted bad. Or maybe reused from days ago. Just unpleasant experience. They refused to give me anything else in replace and made me pay, I didn’t eat a bite. I was nice the entire time, and im disappointed they would serve bad food, I come here often they must not remember.
The food here is fantastic! I would suggest opting for the vegetarian dishes, as we encountered quite a few bones in our butter chicken. However, the overall quality of the food makes it easy to overlook that issue. The woman at the counter was very friendly as well. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around $20–30.
I ordered the vegetable pakoda, but it arrived cold and tasted stale. When we requested fresh, hot ones, they simply microwaved the original dish. The pani puri we ordered was meant to be spicy, but it turned out to be sweet instead. It felt like they had lost touch with the essence of what an Indian restaurant should be. Our main course was just as disappointing. We had asked for Indian spicy, but they went overboard with the heat, rendering it inedible. To make matters worse, I noticed flies in the restaurant, and I even managed to take a photo of them. The staff was decent, but the management could use improvement. They definitely need more employees and better cleanliness. Even though they offered to make our dishes milder, after experiencing the overly spicy curry, I couldn't trust them anymore. Pani puri should never be sweet in an Indian restaurant; it should either be spicy or mildly spicy.
I dined at this restaurant several years ago with a friend and had a great experience, so I decided to return about two weeks ago. The service was friendly, and the interior was clean. The buffet was outstanding; the food was delicious, and the dessert was equally enjoyable. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a variety of options or if you're trying Indian cuisine for the first time. I will definitely come back!
I've been here for several years and have several good meals. They cater to your pallet with your preferred heat and spice level. We have gotten off-menu items with no problem. Highly recommend, and they are BYOB. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
