Returned to Stratford for a lunch with friends like we did when we previously lived in Sale together.As it was a public holiday they only had a limited menu and reduced table service.We sat outside in the garden and on a day like this it was perfect. This allowed us to sit, drink and chat for hours.Most of us had sandwiches which were lovely and we shared a bottle of Gippsland wine.This may. It be a posh place but the atmosphere was great and the service excellent.Good to return for a great afternoon.

We stopped by on our way to Lakes Entrance, from Melbourne. We really enjoyed our lunch on the terrace full of trees. Very nice. The local wine and the cheese platter were both excellent. Service was very good. I am surprised by the bad reviewed but every is entitled to his own opinion.

We stopped here for a coffee and a bite to eat. The coffee is very simply designed, it has a large room and a beautiful outdoor area. The staff was very friendly and there was also a play area for the children.

I've been here twice on my way home from Bairnsdale in 2 years. The staff look at you as if you've ruined their day by ordering food that's not in the display cabinet. The coffee is way too hot and therefor tastes burned. The long wait for the food is definitely not worth it. Avoid.
