Immaginatevi di entrare in una cucina di una incantevole casa dal tetto di paglia guidati da un odore di pane appena sfornato , accolti in modo cordiale da Jane e Craig , artefici della piu ' strana panetteria artigianale di Tiddington la Knead it nomen omen , aperta solo 2 giorni alla settimana mercoledì e sabato e piena di tentazioni , tutti i dolci sono artigianali e fatti da loro, produzione minima se arrivi tard... Wow! I first did this incredible course 5 years ago but I enjoyed it so much my wife paid for me to go again. It’s the ideal present for anyone. After a welcome tea or coffee, we made the dough for almost everything we would be baking. Jane Craig make this so simple it becomes rather infectious! Six people baked lots of goodies including pizza for lunch accompanied by lots of wine soft drinks. We also made a white loaf, a red loaf (Red Leicester cheese, red onion red chilli flakes), 8 or 9 Chelsea buns, Focaccia some rolls that we platted together. Nothing is super fast there was plenty of time for drinks. By the day’s end we had a bagful of food each it can all be frozen if you wish. All the recipes, together with hints tips are sent to your email address they make themselves available for any questions you may think of. The confidence they give you opens up the whole world of baking the first instinct is to recommend the course to someone else. If you think it is a vital life skill to be able to read, write drive then you can add baking to the list! Craig Jane ...... thank you!
My daughter treated me to this bread making course and we had a lovely day being together and being part of a jolly group of 6. Craig and Jane imbued us with their skill , experience and love of bread dough.Wonderful tastes,smells and laughter.
My wife bought me the baking course as a birthday present. The whole day was great fun, very professionally run and I learnt so much. I now have the confidence to be more adventurous with baking. Thanks to Craig and Jane you obviously love what you do and I shall be recommending the day to one and all.
My wife and I had a lovely time baking with Craig and Jane who were super hosts and teachers. I had never baked bread before but everything turned out great and tasted wonderful. A fantastic day!
An excellent bread making day. A lovely venue with Craig and Jane as excellent tutors. Fun filled with lots of tasty treats to eat and take home to our families. I will be baking bread and buns for all my family and friends from now on. Thoroughly recommend this baking treat.
