Dropped in for Sunday Roast. While busy they managed to accommodate us at a table for 2. A few menu items had run out but that was explained and understandable. Food was great but I would recommend booking in advance. Parking: Slope up from Car Park to front entrance but there is a rear door too. Very enjoyable Sunday roast and fish and chips ! thank you. Booked at short notice, we enjoyed our meal in the warm and welcoming pub. A lovely open fire and of course, dog-friendly. After reading 10 very low rating reviews from people who never visited the pub, I've decided not only to leave this review, but to take my mum back there tomorrow, Tuesday 22nd August 2023. No special occasion, I just like to spend my money to nice people.
