Burger King - Stratford

Tried ordering online, buy 1 whopper get 1 free (I don't have dashpass so I get a cheaper price) order canceled immediately. Refund will be put in my account in 3-5 business days. Cool now I don't have money till then. Why are we advertising prices,and food options when the store can't fulfill them. If ppl from burger King respond I will not be ordering from them again.

Inside was cold. For winter time you would think they would turn the cold air off. Literally freezing cold air blowing down on you. It was Dirty. The windows look like they get washed maybe once a month.Our food took 15 mins even though it was not busy.The food was good. No complaintsabout the food. Take my advice and order through the drive through and eat in your car. It's probably cleaner and warmer.

The asked if we wanted cheese on a combo, then never put it on. Also, other meal was very sloppily put together. All the toppings were on one side of the burger.

The foods garbage I got a whopper and the lettuce was wilted and the burger and fries were cold I wouldn’t even eat there again if it was free
