Where to start. We ordered chicken and waffles, a breakfast burrito, a Monte Christo and some home fries for all of us to share through an app at 11:10 am. They told the driver to pickup at 11:26 am. He got there and was told it wasn 't ready. No problem. He went to do other deliveries as he is in the business to make money. I messaged the app at 11:45 as it should have been delivered by then. They told me that the restaurant needed more time. I asked them why wouldn 't the restaurant have notified me. Keep in mind, this is just breakfast. At 11:57 I finally got an email stating the restaurant needs more time. At 12:07 pm, our delivery shows up. All the food was room temperature, the wrap had scrambled eggs and we had ordered poached, the wrap was so tepid that it was stuck to the wax paper in the container. The chicken and waffles were missing and there was a note saying they were 'all out ' and it would be credited back to us. It also stated they tried to contact. There was no phone call. There was no email. The home fries cost $7.70! I 've included a picture of what we received. Just a little over a cup of potatoes, obviously not enough for all to share. An embarrassing amount for the large price. The chicken and waffles were not credited back that day, I called at 9:16 the next morning and asked why it hasn 't been credited and mentioned the ridiculous amount of fries that were sent. They took my number and said I 'd hear back and told me the waffle machine was broken. After they closed for the day again, I didn 't receive a call nor had there been a credit. I ended up speaking with the delivery service and got the credit as well as a credit for the cold food and brutal amount of home fries. It 's obvious that they don 't value customer service and have no issues sending cold food and over charging. Avoid spending your money on this place.

Dropped in without knowing what I wanted to eat, tried the roast beef sandwich special, and was blown away by how good it was. Have always had good food and service here, but this visit really stood out to me. I will definitely return soon! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
