Contribuisci feedbackWent for dinner tonight and we were disgusted when my wife found a long, dark hair in the 1st bite of her hot beef sandwich. I understand these things can happen, but you would think the manager or kitchen manager would come out to apologize. This did not happen. Instead, they had the waitress come and ask if we wanted something else instead ans said not to worry, we will take it off your bill. WOW that 's great you are taking the contaminated food that was inedible off our bill...gee thanks.Being in the food industry myself for the better part of 34 years, I would be embarrassed as a manager if this was my restaurant. At the least I would have written off the appetizer ordered along with coming out myself to apologize. Maybe my wife should have made a big production of it and made sure all the customers knew, rather than quietly showing our waitress Roxanne, who did a fabulous job. We will not be back!!!!! Disgusted
I had a fantastic experience working at Swiss Chalet Stratford as a kitchen helper. Manager Frank was friendly, understandable, supportive, and open to suggestions.
Swiss Chalet is famous for their rotisserie chicken. Always great even better with some ribsVegetarian options: There are some options.
Assembly line rushed greasy yet starngely dry meat dining. Fill yourself with food of minimal nutrient value. Typical fast food disguised as dining. The coleslaw was alright. The bun tasted of chemicals. Baked potato seemed really old and worn out.
Better than I remember as a kid. Portions were good, everything was cooked properly, chicken was nicely seasoned, staff was super sweet and the coconut cream pie was so good. It's a nice and clean facility, good for all ages.
