What a wonderful culinary experience. beautiful environment, delicious creative dishes and attentive service. we later talked about the fact that the Christmas evening dinner becomes a tradition!

Exceptional meal and an amazing dining experience. The perch was really nicely prepared and was delicious. The pate appetizer was excellent. Fine service with great attention to detail. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and definitely will be back again.

An enjoyable experience overall, with one minor disappointment. Having been notified well in advance that I was allergic to onions, I think the kitchen could have created a sauce to accompany the steak, instead of just serving it without the au jus. Even I can knock up a pepper sauce in short order I am no chef.

Beautiful surroundings, fantastic service and wonderful food. The Bruce hotel is great for brunch, lunch or supper. Really enjoyed our meal, the service and surroundings.
