Tim Hortons - Stratford

Smoky Bacon Bagel had no tomatoes or lettuce on it as the picture showed and the bacon was scarce and hard to find. Very dry.

Had burning coffee spilled on my bare arm and shirt this morning in the drive thru. Still had to pay for my breakfast.

I ordered in the drive thru, the girl working told me to go forward but did not tell me where to wait for my food. She didn’t say please or thank you. I waited over 10 minutes for my food. An employee came to ask why I was there and when I explained myself he rolled his eyes at me and left without responding. Absolutely horrible service.

Didn't have the full selection of donuts that the other timmies have, and the glaze on their donuts was very thin. Staff were great though, super helpful and friendly.

Loved it, the food is amazing, calming relaxing environment with nice seats/booths, service is nice and
