The area where orders are placed was covered in remnants of rice and various sauces from previous customers. Maintaining this space should be a top priority! It's concerning to think about those with food allergies. As for the tables, they seemed to have been wiped down, but it looked like spills from earlier visits were just smeared around instead of properly cleaned. I visited two different locations, and both exhibited poor hygiene practices and subpar service.
It seems they have hired enough staff to ensure smooth operations at this restaurant now, which wasn't the case in the past. I visited twice recently, and both times the service was good, with minimal waiting. However, I've noticed an issue with hygiene. The tables were generally dirty, and the person handling the food didn't change their gloves between customers. Additionally, there were large pieces of food that I hadn't requested mixed in with my meal.
Worst chipotle experience I've ever had. I ordered through the journey through and received the smallest portion bowl with mostly rice, two bites barbacoa and no guacamole I asked and paid. not worth $20. very disappointed.
Every time I go here, something is wrong for my order. either pay for something and not get it, eat cold or stale chips.
This place sucks my food came cold and nothing what I ordered came on it like if u can't handle working and getting ur job done then find a new place
