Starbucks - Stratham

I think this is the worst Starbucks in the area. Always takes forever

I was once a Starbucks fan, but no more. First, they discontinued, the cinnamon raisin bagels, my favorite. Then they double the number of “stars“ for a free cup of coffee. The last straw is that they argue with me every time I ask for a dark roast, trying to convince me to take pikes instead.

It's in an airport, so there's that. They were busy, but got through orders

The barista out oat milk in my online order for a coffee that I did NOT select oat milk. My drink was watered down, barely any ice and I picked it up right as it notified me it was ready.

Customer service is lacking at this location. The drive thru person was complaining about the customers in the drive thru for all to hear inside. They need a more efficient system to serve customers. It took several minutes to even be acknowledged at the front counter and over 10 minutes to get two loaves of bread.
