Korean Charcoal BBQ Restaurant Hwang.Ga

Had my birthday event here with a about 12 other people. Let me start by saying, all the banchan was pre-prepaired on the table for us as we arrived in, which was a nice little touch! The restaurant also has no time limit so we can stay for as long as we want, no annoying call-outs (bonus). So we basically ordered BBQ and side dishes, the quality of all the food was superb. Service was very attentive, they have a bell which is more efficient. Overall, although it is a bit costly, I would still go here again :)

Food here is okay. Some Korean restaurants serve pretty bad food but here I found nothing in particular to fault or criticize. Don't know if there is strong draw to this place that would me me want to come back again and again but food here is enjoyable.

Just another KBBQ place in Strathfield. There's not much about this place that stands out however meat was fresh and decently priced. Side dishes were also pretty good (i enjoyed them). Staff are welcoming and efficient. I'd come back here.

Good food! Service was decent, had an enjoyable time here with friends. Prices are decent for a good amount of delicious meat. Food came out quite quickly, and the staff attended to our needs as best as possible. Will most likely come back in the future!

Compared to other Korean BBQs Hwang Ga is more on your pricier side. This is due to them offering higher quality meat that most standard Korean BBQs do not. Their servings sizes are similar and dishes come out very quickly. The restaurant is quite busy on the weekend so I would recommend you get in early. The service is very efficient and there's always staff running around to help you out. I personally don't mind paying a little more for better quality beef so I definitely recommend Hwang Ga.
