Boston Pizza - Strathmore Canada

My boyfriend and I come here every week for dinner, the food and service has always been amazing. Elizabeth is our favourite server as she is always so attentive with her tables, we will for sure be back!!

Gluten free options were handled very well and they even asked about singing and confirmed whst she could have first before bringing dessert to my daughter for her birthday. Good food and good service.

The food at this restaurant is usually good, but there have been some issues with service. Recently, I ordered takeout for a staff meeting out of town and when I picked it up, an entire meal and two sides were missing. The shrimp tacos I ordered contained no shrimp, just a tortilla with shredded lettuce. The restaurant wouldn't deliver out of town, but did credit me for the missing items, which was $25. Unfortunately, my staff had to share their meals so that one person could eat. When I went back to use the credit with my family, the staff kept forgetting to take our order and the service was rushed. The waitress didn't wait for us to answer if we were okay and brought my daughter the wrong pasta dish. Despite these issues, there is ample parking and the amenities are usually clean. The staff are friendly overall.

I am at Boston Pizza right now. Have asked 4 times about our 2 pizzas. We have been here over an hour and received one of them about 20 minutes ago and are still waiting for the second. Lots of people around us have eaten and left that arrived after us. Now the manager is checking on our pizza. ??????UPDATE They did give us the one pizza for no charge which I was happy to pay for. This wasn't the issue. Just handled poorly. Many excuses but never the truth to what happened. Hopefully they learned something how to handle these situations when orders are missed or whatever really did happen. And to bring both items out at the same time as hubby's pizza was cold as he was waiting to eat together. So sweet though. The manager did heat his pizza up for 1 minute he said it would be in the oven. It didn't take too long and he was back. If I was given the truth this would of been much better handled in my opinion.

I absolutely love this restaurant, it's the best in Strathmore. The servers in the lounge are friendly, especially Elizabeth who recently served us. They even put the hockey game on for my husband (Toronto fan). The mac and cheese is delicious, but our favorites are the Thai chicken bites with blue cheese and the pizza bread with meat sauce. I also love their fishbowl drinks, especially the Galaxy which is made to perfection. The bulldog with a salted rim is also a favorite of mine. This place is our go-to spot, with plenty of TVs to watch and enjoy. Highly recommend!
