Food was incorrect, had to wait 20 minutes to go back through drive through

The lettuce tastes of dirt and soil, making me question if the employees even wash the lettuce. This location often forgets to turn on the outside lights and menu backlight.

I don't know whats up with Wendy's french fries but why can't they make them with a crunch. They come out hot.. but never really crunchy

Good havnt had many mistakes in a while on my food and staff always nice to me n drive thru
