Villa Grey

Place looks very nice and luxury, prices are high and food good (just farmer's potatoes was in real american potatoes and too dry) but services aren't. Bottled beer was not cold at all, for food we waited 45 mins and they doesn't accept Visa nor MasterCard. Waiter was not able to help us with food order and was somewhere gone all the time, menu is only in ucranian and on very old and bad Xerox copy condition. There are two other restaurants nearby, which we should choose instead of Villa Grey.

I recently had dinner at this restaurant and I must say, I give it a perfect score across the board. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was just perfect. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant for a wonderful dining experience.

This restaurant is a beautiful establishment with a spacious area and a convenient location. I highly recommend their delicious breakfasts. Additionally, there is a recently opened hotel next to the restaurant, making it very convenient for travelers returning from the Carpathians or vice versa. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, with a children's room available. There is plenty of parking space, including free parking options. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5.

Air conditioners installed in the facility do not cool literally anything. Air conditioners installed in apartments simply do not have any effect in such large rooms. People sit wet all the time and endure incredible heat, which cannot help but affect their mood and desire to leave the institution as soon as possible. Waitresses openly deceive by saying that 20 degrees is the minimum air conditioner temperature. The railing on the second floor is so sticky that hands and clothes literally stick to it. It's unpleasant to say the least. The service is frankly sloppy, the wine is put on the table corked (it is difficult to pour corked wine), children are forced to eat desserts with their fingers, etc. Therefore, the general impression does not allow considering this institution as an option next time.
