Parking is typical of this corner of the South Side, but worth it. Booths and counter seating, so if you have more than 4 in your party it could get a little cramped, but go figure. If you want to get a taste of Pittsburgh, this is a solid spend of the dime.
Great place for home cooked breakfast. It is truest blue collar Pittsburgh place for breakfast.Wonderful friendly staff, hot breakfast right off the grill or frying pan.
I live 1.5 hours away from Pittsburgh, so I don't get out this way often. But I tried this place for the first time today. And while it was my first time here, the staff treated me like I was a regular. Everyone was so friendly.I had the Meat Eater Omelet (sausage, bacon, ham, cheese) with home fries, toast, and ordered a single side pancake with chocolate chips peanut butter chips.Added a few dashes of hot sauce to the omelet and potatoes, and it was great! The pancake was so good, I didn't even add any syrup.Highly recommend this place when you're in the area.Only con it's cash only here, but there is an ATM inside.
Quintessential Pittsburgh! Great food and great people. We will be back for
Stumbled onto this gem through Google search and was pleasantly surprised at how terrific the food was.
