Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The service was lacking, with unnamed staff taking orders after a long wait. The food, while plentiful, lacked flavor and was not as advertised. The saving grace was the fries and Pepsi, but overall, the experience was not worth the $20 spent. It seemed like the staff were indifferent and just wanted to get customers out the door quickly.

Now we wanted to try the new joint on pearl rd strongsville. a handful of cars on the parking lot definitiw not busy. looks clean outside (of course it's new.) the server asked us to wait and a look at the menu, after 6 minutes we started wondering, then came a vote and asked what we wanted to order. as our first time we tried

If this was a singles ad, the caption would be “MUST love onions and SALT”. the first time here and it's interesting. I feel like it has been made to taste freddies and if they are not freddies, they may not feel the same. the burger was very heavy seasoning salt. I don't really bother me, but something you should know. on the burger were also complete washers about half a inch thick. I like to swirl, but that was pretty serious and I expect that I tasted until tomorrow. cheese curls are quite amazing and I think healthy. maybe not healthy, but perhaps the healthy part of the meal as we over the custard based malt “milk shakes”. it's really Custard ice cream with malt. so it is thick as ice and they eat it with a spoon not a straw. Mega chocolate, like it's 2x chocolate. in this time I feel like committing a health crime by eating it. Overall, it was quite delicious. not sure that I would get the same dinge as with the economy the way it is the sum was $27.79 including control. I would rather go to a real restaurant and not a “fast food” place at this point. the malts were a $2.00 charge, which is actually quite reasonable when considering the quality. if they like to spice and swirl, they come in!

This restaurant is hands down the worst I have ever been to. 5 out of 6 visits were extremely disappointing. The staff were unable to provide a positive dining experience. The food was mediocre at best, and the general manager, Kim, seemed indifferent. I even took pictures of two of my recent dishes: a "peanut butter sunflower" and a "Brownie sunflower." That's how bad it was.

Decent burgers, good fry sauce, needs someone to clean the tables faster and had really dirty floor, and the fries are quite small, line was quite quick. Not very crowded.
