Followed their voicemail prompt to download the app and use promo code? Simple? for 25% from first order. The code was not applied and when I called the store to ask about the problem, mgmt said that they can honor the discount for app errors. I have already placed the order for the big Hulu price pizza by the app and tried to use the $3 off voucher sent to me (since 25% would work) and mgmt also refuse to honour this voucher because I do not order the smaller medium size. Serious Master Pizza? ..was always my visit for parties in our house. Why stay true with poor customer service?

Waited one hour and 30 minutes for cold pizza and cold boneless wings that spilled the bathroom. What kind of disappointment did we not have pizza in a while?

I sat in the restaurant waiting for my order (a pizza and garlic knot), which should be done 10 minutes before my arrival for almost an hour.

Absolutely nothing together with the real Master Pizza decades ago. Please rename your pizza places because your terrible pizza insults the original.

If I could do 0 stars I would! I heard really good things about this place and was very disappointed. We spent $30.00 here and it was the same quality as a frozen $5.00 pizza! There was no sauce, it was over cooked, just dry dry dry! We couldn?t even finish the pizza. I had to throw out more then half of it. We won?t be ordering from here again.
