Mr. Hero - Strongsville

This is absolutely the best. Mr. Heroes in Cleveland Most awesome sandwich shop. You walk in and the place is amazingly clean and they greet you with a wonderful, warm smile and the food is done quickly and tasty. If you don't eat here you're nuts. I had my dog with me in the car. They could see I was trying to calm him down and they brought my food out to me.I came here 5 days in a row. Would have done it for the sixth. But the family wanted the little variety. Man, I love this place.

The food is always great from my local Mr. Hero, and the service is friendlier than normal for a fast food restaurant. I ordered the gyro with extra meat and was amazed at how much meat I got! It was exactly what extra meat is supposed to be when you order it! Keep it up!

Fresh ingredients cooked to order, friendly staff, Mr. Hero is a Cleveland staple!

The large zesty I got from them was abysmal, to say the least. The other sandwich had burnt steak...on sandwich was suppose to have saurkraut it did not.... I spent 40$, and I definitely will never go back and spend my money at this location. Maybe if it wasn't my first time but that was straight trash!

Why In The World is this place empty at 5pm?!!! We stopped in for a quick Romanburger and waffle fries to go and there was no one in there? The restaurant is super clean, friendly cashier, inviting atmosphere, and fresh ingredients. We'll definitely be back and telling our friends! Hidden Gem in this plaza.
