I’ve had multiple problems with this store in the past. But today was my turning point. I work in the mall so when I need something to eat I will go here. I just wanted a white hot chocolate. I did mobile order and I ended up getting a burnt regular hot chocolate. I’m so upset. And I cannot even go back because I have a whole store to run.
I was quite surprised by the long wait we experienced at this restaurant. While I've been to many busy places, this one seemed to have a steady flow of guests coming in. However, the wait for our food was a bit excessive, with over 25 people ahead of us in line. It’s possible they were short-staffed or particularly busy that day, but it took about 15 to 20 minutes for our order to arrive. On the positive side, the service was friendly and helpful.
The hiring of the staff was poor. Some employees were unfortunately too busy to engage with customers, even when there were people waiting in line. One customer asked for water and was told to go back to the line. This was very disappointing.
I ordered a large crème hall, but it ended up having coffee in it, even though my ticket indicated otherwise. I paid $4 for a coffee that I couldn't even drink.
