Subway - Strongsville

Hello, I just placed an order for a veggie patty sub about 20 minutes ago. I wanted to make it a meal, and the lady informed me that the meal comes with two cookies. I then decided to add two more cookies and a bottle of drink. I found out that this place might be new, but I'm not too worried about getting my money back; I left because it seems they need it more than I do. I was charged $18 for the veggie sub meal, and I only added two additional cookies and a drink, which was supposed to come with the meal. I handed her $20 and only received $2.39 back. In my opinion, that’s quite unreasonable and reflects poorly on their customer service. I’m sharing this to point out that it’s not just me being shortchanged—it seems like they’re shortchanging themselves. The lady even pulled out a calculator, trying to figure out if she had made a mistake by charging me for a veggie delight instead of the veggie patty footlong. Even if I had received the footlong meal, it shouldn’t cost $18.

I visited this restaurant again after a long day of work around 5:58, hoping to grab a sub. However, the staff had already turned off the lights, packed their bags, and closed up. I understand that they need to clean and prepare to close, but I expect them to do that after 6:00, not at 5:45.

I really wish I had checked the reviews before going in. It's no surprise to see so many bad ratings. The service was awful, and my sandwich, which cost nearly $9 for a 6-inch, was inedible. I requested a light amount of dressing, but it was completely drenched! I ended up throwing it in the trash.

Worst subway in this town. Waited 25 mins in line when I already placed an order online for pick up. Get some staff or maybe try hire someone from this country and u would have staff.
