Taco Bell - Strongsville

I ordered a number 7 for $9.49 at the Taco Bell drive-thru in Strongsville. When I handed the cashier a $100 bill, he didn't provide a receipt and only returned $80. This Taco Bell feels like a scam. I asked for assistance inside but received no help. I would advise against going here.

Absolutely terrible. The chalupa shell was rock-hard, burned, and cracking, with a foul smell of dirty fryer oil. The potatoes in my potato soft taco were also hard as a rock and reeked of unpleasant oil. Plus, my cheese quesadilla was inexplicably WET. My crunchy taco supremes looked like they had been punched or squeezed after being wrapped; they were not just cracked, but completely smashed. I wasted $30 on a pile of inedible food.

I'm really disappointed. I love the staff at this restaurant, but we often place large orders of $70 or more about twice a month, and there's usually something missing. Unfortunately, during our most recent order, four items were missing. When I tried to call to let them know, no one answered. I had asked my son to check the order, but it was all taped shut. In the past, they used to review our orders with us since we place such big ones. I don’t think I’ll be returning again. I hope the new restaurant in Berea is better.

Why would you say you’re open at 9 o’clock? If you’re not open fix your damn sign and put what time you open on your sign instead of 9 AM

Walked outside to leave and worker smoking weed in her car maybe that’s why everything’s a mess don’t come here if you want what you asked for. i asked for cheese and meat only and i was given sour cream smeared all over my taco when i didn’t want that and lettuce all up in it so this tells me they don’t clean their kitchen period. also the cheese for my nachos was sitting out all day and i couldn’t even drink my baja blast because it tastes so funky. i don’t know if that’s your fault though also the floor is so sticky
