Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Strongsville

This was my first time here. I ordered the Bahama Mama smoothie, which was amazing! The taste was so good and refreshing, and I was happy with how large it was. The reason for my 3 stars was the food I ordered. I got the American breakfast wrap, and threw most of it out. The eggs didn't seem cooked enough and there was too much cheese. I feel like I ordered the wrong thing, and will try again for a salad or lunch option.

This was my first time here and I ordered quite a bit of food. Nick and Wes at the Strongsville location did great and had the food out fast and it was delicious with the perfect amount of food. I got a smoothie as well with the edible straws and wow what an experience! It was nice to see these guys take pride in what they do. Keep it up! I will be back!!

Amazing but I don’t know if I would order them from DoorDash until they get the stickers to put over the drinks and over the bags. Pretty sure my door Dash delivery person took a sip out of my smoothie and took some of my sweet potatoes. Please get stickers.

Thanks for the smoothie full of ice frozen fruit that was half blended. It 's Pulp here on out because they actually serve SMOOTHies not snow cones.

I think I'm done giving this place a chance. Last three times I've gone, my order has been wrong. First they made my salad into a wrap and looked completely confused when I brought it back. No one offered to remake it and I was stuck eating a heavy wrap I did not want. They also always forget dressing. Always have to go back in after I've checked my bag. Last time they forgot my chips and put chicken in my salad when I asked for a vegetarian option. The girls working there have no clue what theyre doing and need training. Stay away from this place.
