Chili's Grill - Stroud

The chili at this restaurant is quite tasty. The service is usually very friendly and the food is good. It's nothing extraordinary, just your average chain restaurant. You may have to wait a bit longer during peak hours, but who isn't busy these days? Overall, it's a nice place. However, my friend had a mishap and fell, breaking her ribs. Quite unexpected. Welcome to Chili's, baby!

The food is good, but the staff could use some improvement. I visited the restaurant twice and both times had to wait a while before a server acknowledged our presence after we had seated ourselves.

Worst dining experience ever!! Waited 40 minutes just to get a drink water and soda to the table. It's run by a bunch of teenagers who clearly do not know what they are doing. Best to avoid this place!!

My family had an amazing experience during our recent trip to this restaurant. The chicken and waffles were absolutely delicious! I have a new favorite dish when we dine at Chili and I can't wait to go back and have it again. Our server was fantastic as well, although I can't remember his name. He had great energy and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. Excellent service and delicious food always make for a winning combination in my opinion.

The hostess seemed very fled with a attitude, but did nothing. many tables had things on them and they had no one to clean them. I understand they were probably short-time employees. our waitress was pleasant, but she immediately took care of 8 tables between ordering, cleaning and eating. they had to get the manager. also it was good to eat.
