However, I recently ordered two coffees with a shot of espresso and two donuts, and the total came to $16.47. That's even more than what I’ve paid at Starbucks! Dunkin' is no longer offering a decent, affordable cup of coffee. It feels like they are just charging extra for a flavored syrup in hot water, which isn't worth the high prices. I won’t be returning to any Dunkin' after this experience; they have strayed from their original mission to provide value. It seems they are more focused on maximizing profits from hard-working Americans rather than offering fair prices when we need them the most. I can't say I'm surprised—after all, what billionaire company doesn’t take advantage of its customers?
Ya lucky I can?t give no stars, Not only was my food burnt, there was hair in it !?! I wanna fight, bums.
The coffee was delicious, and the sourdough breakfast sandwich was tasty as well. However, it was only lightly toasted, and I was really hoping for that crispy crunch in the bread!
Burnt food shouldn't be served to anyone. Just because it's not a typical issue, there's no reason to offer it through the drive-thru.
They are not that friendly there and they are always missing up your order. I was on line and I waited 5 mins before someone actually acknowledge me. They don't have the greatest customer service skills at all
