I just got screamed at by a woman (older, my age at 4:01am for wanting coffee from a place that opens at 4am. Like, wth? Good freaking morning to you too, lady. I looked at her, took a breath, said nothing, drove off and I could hear the SLAM of thedrive up windows. The other person that I see all the time there looked mortified. They?ve always been nice now theirmanager(owner? is being a jerk. We all have bad days but, we?re not all screaming at strangers because of it. Geez
They took too long for a coffee. I waited almost 20 minutes just to get a coffee. Their card reader was broken. The bathroom was trashed and not clean at all. Their drive through was long and their customer service was not good at all. As much as I love Dunk’n this really disappointed.
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. They are so slow and unprofessional. The staff needs to stay off their cell phones and do their jobs. They lack leadership. The manager obviously is not doing her job.
Food was the same as everywhere, but it was the slowest drive through experience I've had. I easily waited 15 minutes at the second window to even be acknowledged by any of the four people inside (not at a busy time), even though they knew I was picking up a mobile order that was ready. Probably just a bad day!
