Ichiban Hibachi Steakhouse

Ordered takeout. Beef negimaki appetizer pieces were literally 1/4 inch thin. We didn 't see til we brought it home. And y 'all charge $8.95 for this? See pictures. Tuna was dark brown, we didn 't touch it at all. Half the fish smelled old. Seemed like our order got the give them all the old leftovers treatment. The rice and salads were ok at least. That said, never ordering here again. Y 'all need to reconsider some of your cost saving measures.

Hit or miss on chefs entertaining. Depends which one you get. Food is delicious but a bit pricey. Party of four with drinks is going to run $250

Best sushi joint in town. Has amazing hibachi atmosphere....definitely reserve seats it gets bussssssy . The pork tonkatsu is absolutely divine. The bone broth and pork slices are perfect. The seaweed salad is crisp and delicious. The miso soup is so tasty and rich. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They do serve alcohol. Parking: Maybe a little over 50 spots. Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere for the whole family. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs all ramps wide doors.

I was visiting mount poconos with family and friends, stayed in kalahari and really wanted to eat Sushi in our last night there. We stayed in the spa in the hotel until late, when we left everything was closed or closing. We called Ichiban and a nice lady said if we got there before 10pm we could get take out. We got there ordered our food and the same lady that answered the phone took our orders, she was nice and friendly, gave us advice on things/places to go. We really enjoyed our short time there waiting for our food, would definitely come back early to dine in.
