Here for an early dinner with friends and sat on the upper covered area. when we sat down, we noticed the drop of the bird and spring on the tables. very dirty. the waitress has quickly cleansed up with a damp wut. eating (bow and chicken sandwich) was at best marginal.

Deja vu (all again). consistently, so very good eating and service. service attentive, but not shadowing. chowder, garnel and grouper this day was very nice, fresh and prepared as described. actually went into a nearby restaurant for a change and could not get service, lection learned. can be counted for delivery.

In the afternoon! Sunday afternoon, a dear friend and I went to shrimper’s for lunch. we sat outside with a great view of the water. there was a cool brise. it was lovely. our server was friendly, attentive and had a great sense of humor. my friend ordered the oysters on the 1/2 shell. they were huge, delicate and fresh, and they enjoyed them totally. at lunch she had garnished the fried and she said they were also quite good. I had the crab cake with lobster sauce, for lunch. it was so good. Okay, they're bad. it's like they've flipped the old bay on her, much too much. I'd just come back for the drinks!

Ate at Shrimpers for the first time today, and I will be back! Great view, friendly service and wonderful food. Grouper sandwich was huge and perfectly cooked. Good clam chowder. Gigantic onion rings. Just don't get seated in front of one of the big fans...a bit too windy. Great place!
