The customer service at this restaurant is excellent! The food is always good as well.

I had a disappointing burger experience at this restaurant. The french fries were hard and cold, and the extra bacon I paid for was a measly thin slice.

I received the incorrect order at this restaurant. I had ordered a Big Carl but was given a breakfast sandwich instead.

I shouldn't be eating fast food anyway, and this was a good final moment. There is always a long wait at this place, but when your hungry it's usually not a big deal. You spend the same amount of time going somewhere. So you might as well wait. I ordered a combo and an add on of Jalapeño poppers. It took 17minutes. Again I get it they maybe dealing with stuff we don't know about. They forgot my fires. Instead of waiting in line again I went in, and they refused to give me the fries! I had my receipt. I didn't argue, I asked for my receipt back and left. The poppers were terrible. But the burger was good.

Very nice customer service in the morning, the food quality was worth its given price in 2023 especially in its location. Great place to go for breakfast or lunch or even dinner if your heading to universal and not trying to over spend.
