Yume Sushi Studio City

I just discovered this restaurant while strolling along Ventura Blvd. The ambiance caught my attention, but the incredible food will definitely keep me coming back! It's absolutely amazing. I've found my new favorite sushi spot! The fish is incredibly fresh, and the sauces are unlike anything I've ever tasted. They also have a fantastic selection of sake. Overall, I give it a perfect 10/10. Do yourself a favor and visit this place!

We kicked things off with some hot sake (I believe it was Suijin) and shishito peppers, topped with bonito flakes for added flavor. Then we indulged in truffle-infused sashimi salmon and halibut, with generous portions that left us satisfied but eager to try the miso cod. Wow! It was so delicious that before I knew it, I had ordered another. Next, we had toro sushi, which needed no embellishment beyond the rice, toro, and a light green sauce that accompanied it. The dream roll was delicate, featuring a citrus note followed by a spicy finish. A little dab of wasabi enhanced the second bite perfectly. We enjoyed the baked crab so much that we ordered another serving. While the company made the evening special, the food truly set the scene for a fantastic night out. I would highly recommend dining here. It’s on the pricier side for our tastes, but for a special occasion, it was worth every penny.

This is definitely some of the freshest sushi I've had since moving to California. I ordered the California roll and the ginger roll, and both were incredible! Additionally, the mushroom miso soup is the best I've ever tasted. Delicious!

My new favorite place in the Valley! They have an incredible variety of fish, imaginative dishes, and outstanding service!

Absolutely amazing! Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like. I’ve been there a few times, and the food is always fresh, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is excellent. For those who think it’s pricey, remember that you get what you pay for, and this place definitely delivers great value. Highly recommend!
