Pizza Hut - Sturgeon Bay

The thin crust pizza that should be crispy must have been sitting for a while as it was soggy. The pizza must also have been discarded, as it was ordered again in Box 12/14/21. Service extremely fast, pizza hot and fresh, order right. I definitely see an improvement. Thank you.

When I came in, a nice young man named Sam politely greeted me, asking how he could help. I was a few minutes before my order, but my order was ready to wait in the hot box when I told him I would like to check my order when it was sent correctly, he let me see in both wing boxes to make sure the order was correct before I paid. Sam really took care of me being satisfied with my order, I applauded his concern.
