For instance, if someone wants to add extra butter and Parmesan cheese to the Crazy Bread, this information rarely makes it to the kitchen. This often results in dissatisfied customers and longer wait times, which go unaddressed. Honestly, if you're in a hurry, this place might be fine, but if you're looking for quality pizza, I would recommend going elsewhere.
We ordered three pizzas online, and two of them were placed in the same box—one cheese and one with paprika. They clearly have no understanding of cross-contamination, which is a concern for us since we have people who can't consume paprika. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, but I was told they were busy. I explained the issue, emphasizing that we didn't have time to return the pizzas; they suggested we simply try to make it work. Meanwhile, we had kids to attend to and needed to ensure our order was correct. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this location. Until the owner, Steve, takes control of the situation, we won’t be returning. It’s unacceptable to send two different pizzas in the same box! What we got was just a dry, overcooked pizza. I didn’t spend $40 just to have to deal with problems like this.
On Friday, October 21, at midnight, we placed an order in advance but found that part of it was missing when we arrived. We returned to address the issue, and the older woman at the front desk was extremely slow. Her reactions were delayed, and the customer service was quite poor; she barely spoke at all. It was a questionable decision to have her in that role. Overall, it could have been a nice and ordinary experience if her demeanor hadn't been so unwelcoming.
I was with someone and she called in order and they said it would be 30 minutes waiting so that we were about halfway back from Fremont to 120, so we were there on time so we were there and waited about an hour and then she was told that they did nothing wrong so that we didn't get it and go somewhere else. That was my bad experience because I would rate her 0-1
I have ordered large amounts of pizza for parties, volunteer groups, sports functions, multiple events. This particular Little Caesars always is timely and pizza is prepared well. I do appreciate this level of reliability and consistency when planning events. I have not had the same experience at other Little Caesars so I am grateful we live by this one.
