Contribuisci feedbackI was in yesterday for St Patrick’s day to do a little celebrating. The food was great, the beer was better and had the best server. Chelsea took great care of us. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place.
Great decor. Good menu/variety. Servers need to understand the menu better. The server totally didn't understand the wedge salad options, and the kitchen made exactly what she entered.
Went in for lunch today and just thought wow, these people are so friendly. My server Analiz took good care of our table, and the fried pickle chips were so yummy! The manager, I think her name was Emily, stopped by to check on us, and she made sure to take our dirty dishes and even brought us back refills with a smile on her face too! Overall great experience, will definitely be back! My husband loved how each tv had different sports on and they had a great draft beer selection.
It was Friday night, and the restaurant was bustling with activity as we celebrated our daughter's 24th birthday with a party of six. We were fortunate to get seated right away, but unfortunately, we sat for at least 15 minutes without any waitress attending to us. Not a single employee acknowledged our presence. My husband ended up having to find someone for assistance. That’s when Peter came to our table; he took our drink and food orders, even though we weren't in his section. Throughout our visit, he provided exceptional service! Thank you, Peter! You transformed what began as a disappointing experience into a fantastic one!
For instance, I always request a glass of ice water with my coffee so I can add a few ice cubes and enjoy it right away. When I asked for a spoon and explained my reasoning, Peter not only brought me a spoon but also a small bowl of ice, eliminating the need to dip into my water glass. There’s a fine line between a waiter who hovers and checks in every few seconds and one who serves your food and only reappears when it’s time for the bill. Peter strikes a perfect balance in this regard. He’s friendly, always smiling, and genuinely seems to care about connecting with and satisfying his customers. In short, he embodies the ideal employee. You have a real gem in Peter—don’t let him slip away. After experiencing his excellent service, I will continue to request a table in his section every time I visit. If he ever asks for a raise, I’d recommend giving him even more to ensure you keep him around!
