Contribuisci feedbackExtremely slow service, and overpriced food.Update: It took over an hour to get our food and everything was cold. I can understand having a limited menu on mothersday, but that should help speed up service. The food was okay, and probably would have been good if it was hot, but that was not today. This isn't the first time we have had slow service here.
The food was great and the drinks were amazing. Our waiter had a great personality and sense of humor. He did a fantastic job with our food and drinks.
Four of us went there for lunch after church. I ordered Cobb Salad which was fresh, delicious, and huge. Another person ordered the crawfish po boy and said he would definitely order it again. Two negatives: the restaurant was very loud so it was difficult to carry on a conversation AND the restaurant charges a five dollar fee for people sharing a meal. This seems like price gouging and encouraging people to overeat. Three of us took a “to go” box but that isn’t feasible if one is on a road trip.
This restaurant has no drink prices on the menu and they charge for water and never inform the customer of the charges until the ticket is given at the end of your visit. Then when you make a statement or ask why regarding the discrepancy then the waitress and the manager try to treat the customer as if they are the problem not the fact that the expected purchase price is purposely omitted from the public view of ALL patrons regarding any and ALL drinks including water. This is unacceptable by all standards of practice and common courtesy with total disregard for their customers!
