Food was not cooked Aug 11 6.15 pm food is terrible

Fries were good but pogos were kinda burnt and cooked from frozen not fresh batter... And prices went up but that seems to be the norm. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I went the other day and got a cheeseburger and poutine. Giving out pagers to let us know when it's ready is a cool idea. The burger patty tasted very oniony (reminded me of backyard bbq's as a kid so it's great if that's what you like). I didn't care for the texture. The fries in my poutine tasted like they had been sitting for half an hour and were slightly undercooked. I tried to get them to swap out fries for onion rings for my step daughter's 1 pce fish meal and they refused. Was that an unreasonable request on my part? I ended up buying a side of rings. Customer service is terrible. They have that young skinny blonde girl who’s very rude and snappy with people, that’s not good customer service. I think she was high or something.
