Attentive service, obviously great attention to detail by owner. Mother of owner great hostess. This Lady shows that if you have right attitude and are willing to work hard, experience is not everything. Great assett! Decent value for money.
Over the last few months we have been trying out some of the top rated restaurants in Stuttgart and so far this was the best. My husband went with the 6 courses (no cheese) and I went with the 5 (no consomme or cheese). Everything was excellent and the service was great. Two excellent spreads were provided with the very tasty potato bread followed by the veal with lentils again excellent. My favorite course was the Bretonic Halibut with the watercress sauce. Both the fish and sauce were very flavorful the photo does not do it justice. I was very surprised by the flavorful consume with tafelspitze (cream of wheat balls??in English). The breast of pigeon and sauce were also excellent and I particularly liked the potatoes with pumpkin oil. I was fairly full when the free range beef arrived the most tender meat I have ever eaten, with an excellent gravy. The dessert was a very refreshing crème brulee over cold marinated citrus fruits. If everything could have been served within 2 to 2.5 hours that would have been better than three. That would be my only recommendation.

I’ve been to this restaurant three times now and it’s absolutely amazing. Just perfect for that special occasion or for the lovers of fine food. The waiters are some of the best I’ve ever seen they know their stuff and explain everything with precision and perfection. I recently chose the 4 course menu „vom Land“ and was not disappointed. It was a wonder explosion of taste and every dish was presented with the particular kind of artistry normally only found in a Michelin star restaurant. I also chose to have each dish accompanied with a wine pairing and found each glass to be a perfect match even the dessert wine, which is something I would normally avoid, was great and really was an extension of my plate. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be returning many times in the future.
A mega-brill evening, super delicious food, the wines perfectly matched to the food, the team super sweet, attentive, beautiful and funny and the boss is just the best! Thank you and we will definitely come back!!!
