The food is better tasting than K*C, but they often run out of Coke and chili sauce. The staff is not proactive in refilling them. I have had a few instances where I informed them about the Coke running out, and they simply said it was out of stock. Overall, I still recommend this restaurant.

I love the fried chicken at this restaurant. It's better and less greasy than KFC. The chicken skin is nice and crispy, so delicious. And the honey butter biscuit is absolutely delectable, it'll have you wanting more. Plus, the drinks are refillable.

Good food but premise could be better managed, perhaps due to lack of staff (seems like staffing is an issue in most eateries). New varieties n selection offered quite regularly. Good to try out different taste every now and then. The habanero is quite interesting if you like 'heat '

Sometimes a bit slow, chicken is usually warm/hot. Comparing to kfc, texas is doing better lately
