I paid with cash and handed over a $50 bill, but they refused to give me smaller bills like fives or tens. Instead, I received $4 in change, but only in toonies. They wouldn't return my $50 either, which made it challenging for me to leave. I really didn't want all that change!

The chicken strips were delicious, but the onion rings were overcooked. I had ordered a peach turnover, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. However, the A&W employee kindly called me to see if I would accept an apple turnover instead, and they were very courteous.

The food was fantastic, especially the BLT Chicken Crunch, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, there was a minor hiccup with the order – we did not receive one of our favorite items, the onion rings, and instead got an extra serving of fries. Nevertheless, the meal overall was very tasty.

Wow, do people really not know what a plain burger means? Is it really that hard to just add cheese and leave it at that? Some customers have allergies to common ingredients! I’m going to address this with corporate because this has occurred far too often at this location.
