Bridges Bistro - Sudbury

When we told the chef about the missing shrimp, he sent out a plate of bland butter-sautéed shrimp on plain rice. We decided to speak to the manager, but she was dismissive and unhelpful, showing a haughty attitude and sarcasm. Our waitress Rebecca was the only bright spot, trying her best to make us happy, but it couldn't make up for the rest of the disappointing experience. I will never dine here again and will not recommend Bridges to anyone.

After discovering this gem at a work Christmas party, my wife and I have made this a regular stop on our date nights. The food is excellent and they always offer great specials on the menu. The view is great, the atmosphere is too and the staff is always very friendly. Walking distance to many downtown locations like the Sudbury Theatre Center and the Sudbury Arena (OHL Hockey and Concerts.) Like others have said, the chef often comes out to make sure diners are satisfied. We love it and will continue to be regular customers.

We had been eager to try out this restaurant for a while, but were ultimately disappointed. The food lacked flavor and we were left unimpressed. However, we gave it a 3-star rating due to the excellent service we received.

Enjoyed our Eggs Benedict and had dinner on the visit before this last experience. The food was very good and we would like to try another nice dinner again. Restaurant was chilly, we were there bright and early.
