Absolutely fantastic service, delicious food, a lovely atmosphere, and affordable prices! The evening was truly enjoyable!

The pizzas were delicious, though they weren't quite on par with the basics found at Italian pizzerias like Franco Manca or Pizza Pilgrims. However, they were still very good for Suffolk. The variety of topping options was impressive, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. We did experience slower service for just the two of us, but it seems they prioritize delivery orders in the evening. The interior and ambiance were lovely, and I would recommend this place if you're in the area.

Really cold and we ate our meal with our coats on. Waitress said the heating would not go any higher. Only one waitress on duty, very slow service.

The restaurant was cold, so much so that we kept our jackets on, not helped by the takeaway delivery drivers who didn 't always close the main doors. It became clear that takeaways were more important than seated customers. We waited 15 minutes to order, but it then took 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. After a further 10 minutes we asked how much longer would it be for our pizzas and were told 10 or 20 minutes . At this point I decided to pay for the drinks and take my grandsons somewhere warmer and speedier! All in all a disappointment.

Service was so poor, as if we were a inconvenience being there. Rude and didn't get our drinks till after we had eaten the starters. Absolutely disorganised, would not go again.
