Tim Hortons - Sudbury

I don't like the new renovations to the store .We walked in and walked out .Didn't even order .We don't like the long bench seat along the front window .You took seating out in the front corner to make the drive through bigger. Front counter is smaller less selection of donuts .What happened??

Tim Hortons is Tom Hortons. This one was clean and was very busy. They didn't have much of a choice for selection. However, the manager went above and beyond, giving us suggestions. The best service I have had at a Tim Hortons in a while.Parking: The parking lot was big, lots of spaceKid-friendliness: The staff and manager are extremely kind and helpful and talked to the kids and gave high fives.Wheelchair accessibility: Their is handicapped parking in the front

When I come here they are either missing ingredients, get my order wrong, give my order to someone else or do cheap things like only put 2 slices of turkey on a bacon and turkey club. Why am I paying $6 for a tiny cheap sandwich?What a dump.

Well they messed up my Bestfriend and my order and wanted us to pay for what we had already ordered to have, which they said they didn't hear us order, but we know they did. I love the Oreo cookie Ice caps, but there's times it hasn't been consistent with the amount of cookies crubs on too of the whip cream. It's still good but just sometimes I notice they don't put as much as they should. They do have extremely quick service though and friendly staff.

There's nothing like waiting in line for over 15 minutes with only 3 people ahead of you, just to order a chai tea and end up receiving an orange pekoe instead.
