Cafe Alt - Südharz

A beautiful little place to have cakes and drinks and enjoy the sun. They are famous for their hot chocolate variations that are interesting (Killy, Nougat, Vanilla, but to my taste were not so exciting, they could definitely be thicker and more intense. Her cappuccino... on the other hand was super creamy and delicious. We arrived at 15:00 and there were not so much cake left, so be sure to come earlier if you want to get the best piece:

This café is relatively new and has a charming interior. It is located in an old house that is beautiful/saving. You have a lot of drinks. The cake is homemade, but a little dry for me.

A very nice small café with perfect atmosphere as well as service and cakes, ice cream, tea, coffee etc. I think the best and most cozy café I visited in Harzen.

Wir haben das versteckte Cafe Alt gefunden und konnten dort das Idyll genießen. Der Kaffee war sehr gut, das Eis sehr individuell und lecker, der Kuchen hausgemacht und nicht übersüßt, sondern sommerlich frisch und der Hugo selbstgemacht. Allen in allem sehr lecker und die liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung sind ein Muss für einen Besuch in Stolberg.
