Contribuisci feedbackAfter having our meal, we asked for what remained of our fried fish and grilled shrimp to be packed for take away. The four us used the rest room after eating, asked for the check and we were told to pay by credit card downstairs at the cashier. During this long period after finishing our meal, none of server's returned with our takeaway. The bill was over 2,000 le and we gave a nice tip. We were visiting Suez for the day from Cairo. It was not until we were well on our way back to Cairo that we realized they never gave us our food. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. We called them and all they had was an apology. And the acknowledgement that our food was there and we could return to get it. We were 50 km outside of Suez by then.I will never return there.
The restaurant's great, beautiful, beautiful, special food, a wide variety of powers and service is great, and we've had a tasteless sunset.
